INGREDIENTS

For the Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups (about 260 g) Aarog Daily Lift Flour Blend

  • 1¼ cups (300 ml) warm water (not hot)

  • 2 tsp instant yeast

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt


For assembling & toppings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing the crust

  • 100-150 g tomato sauce or pizza sauce

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 150 g low-moisture mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded

  • 30 g grated parmesan cheese

  • fresh basil leaves, for serving (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Activate the Yeast
    In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–8 minutes until foamy.

  • Mix the Dough
    Add DailyLift flour and salt to a large bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
    Mix with a spoon or spatula until you get a soft, sticky dough.

  • Rest & Hydrate
    Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
    The dough will hydrate and slightly rise — this step is essential for gluten-free structure.

  • Shape the Base
    Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
    Place dough on parchment paper. With lightly oiled hands, press the dough outward into a thin pizza base. Do not roll.

  • Pre-Bake
    Bake for 6–8 minutes until the base looks set but pale.

  • Top & Finish Baking
    Add sauce and toppings. Return to oven and bake another 6–7 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
