DailyLift Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS
For the Pizza Dough
2 cups (about 260 g) Aarog Daily Lift Flour Blend
1¼ cups (300 ml) warm water (not hot)
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
For assembling & toppings
1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing the crust
100-150 g tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
150 g low-moisture mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
30 g grated parmesan cheese
fresh basil leaves, for serving (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–8 minutes until foamy.Mix the Dough
Add DailyLift flour and salt to a large bowl. Pour in the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Mix with a spoon or spatula until you get a soft, sticky dough.Rest & Hydrate
Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 45–60 minutes.
The dough will hydrate and slightly rise — this step is essential for gluten-free structure.Shape the Base
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Place dough on parchment paper. With lightly oiled hands, press the dough outward into a thin pizza base. Do not roll.Pre-Bake
Bake for 6–8 minutes until the base looks set but pale.Top & Finish Baking
Add sauce and toppings. Return to oven and bake another 6–7 minutes until edges are lightly crisp.
