Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aarog, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. Due to the nature of food products, our returns policy is designed to protect food safety while remaining fair and transparent.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on food products, including opened or unopened items.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Food items that have been opened or unsealed

  • Food items that are perishable or have a best-before date

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • With a quality issue

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after review.
You will not be charged any additional fees for an approved refund.

Return Shipping

Because we do not accept returns on food products, return shipping is generally not required.
If a return is exceptionally approved, return shipping costs and instructions will be communicated to you directly.

Gifts

If an order was marked as a gift and qualifies for a refund due to damage or error, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
