INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Aarog Dailylift Flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the ghee
In a heavy-bottom pan, warm the ghee on medium heat.Roast the flour
Add Dailylift flour and roast slowly, stirring continuously.
Cook until it turns aromatic and slightly golden (5–6 mins).

In a separate pan, heat water and dissolve the sugar completely.Combine carefully
Slowly add the hot sugar water into the roasted flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.Cook to finish
Keep stirring until the mixture thickens, leaves the sides, and reaches a soft, glossy consistency.Serve warm
