INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Aarog Dailylift Flour

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Heat the ghee
    In a heavy-bottom pan, warm the ghee on medium heat.

  • Roast the flour
    Add Dailylift flour and roast slowly, stirring continuously.
    Cook until it turns aromatic and slightly golden (5–6 mins).
    👉 This step is key for flavor—don’t rush it.

  • Prepare the syrup
    In a separate pan, heat water and dissolve the sugar completely.

  • Combine carefully
    Slowly add the hot sugar water into the roasted flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  • Cook to finish
    Keep stirring until the mixture thickens, leaves the sides, and reaches a soft, glossy consistency.

  • Serve warm
    Offer with gratitude and enjoy.
