INGREDIENTS
½ cup DailyLift flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
½ cup milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar (or any sugar)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Batter
In a bowl combine:
DailyLift flour
Cocoa powder
Baking powder
Coconut sugar
Salt
Mix well.
2. Add Wet Ingredients
Add:
Milk
Coconut oil
Vanilla extract
Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
3. Cook the Pancakes
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan.
