1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Ghee / Oil for cooking
Warm water (for kneading)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, add 2 cups DailyLift Balanced Flour Mix.
Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, pliable dough.
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Aloo Filling
In a separate bowl, add the boiled & mashed potatoes.
Add:
Finely chopped onion
Chopped coriander
Green chilies (if using)
Cumin powder
Red chili powder
Garam masala
Salt
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
3. Assemble the Parathas
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Flatten gently and dust lightly with DailyLift flour.
Place 2–3 tbsp of the potato filling in the center.
Bring the edges together and seal into a ball again.
Press gently and roll out into a 6–7 inch circle.
Tip: Use a little dry DailyLift flour to prevent sticking, but not too much.

Heat a tawa / skillet over medium heat.
Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
Cook for ~30 sec until small bubbles appear.
Flip and drizzle a little ghee or oil on top.

FAQ
1. Will DailyLift parathas taste different from regular wheat parathas?
DailyLift is designed as an everyday atta alternative. The flavor remains familiar and wholesome, while the texture stays soft and pliable when cooked properly. Most families find it surprisingly close to traditional wheat-based parathas.
2. Why is my gluten-free dough cracking while rolling?
Gluten-free dough needs slightly more moisture and gentle handling. If cracking occurs, knead in a teaspoon of warm water and let the dough rest covered for a few extra minutes before rolling.
3. Can I make the dough ahead of time?
Yes. You can prepare the dough 2–4 hours in advance and keep it covered at room temperature. If refrigerating, allow it to return to room temperature before rolling for best texture.
