INGREDIENTS
½ cup Aarog Red Lentil Mix
¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
4 soft dates
¼ tsp baking powder
Oil or butter for cooking
INSTRUCTIONS
Sweeten the milk naturally
Add 4 dates to the milk and microwave for 1 minute to soften.Blend
Blend the warm milk and dates until smooth.Prepare the batter
In a bowl, combine Red Lentil Mix and baking powder.
Pour in the blended milk mixture and mix until smooth.Cook
Heat a pan on medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour small portions of batter and cook until bubbles form.
Flip and cook until golden on both sides.

Adjust milk slightly for thinner or thicker pancakes.
Let batter rest 3–5 minutes for better texture.
Cook on medium heat to avoid over-browning.
